Section 43-13-104 - Eligibility for membership on commission

To be eligible for appointment to, and membership on, the commission, a person must:(1) Be a legal resident of this state at the time of appointment; and(2) Have personal or professional experience in and knowledge of the equine industry in this state.Added by 2020 Tenn.
