Section 43-14-211 - Subsequent petitions after denial of petition

After six (6) months have expired from the date of the denial of a petition pursuant to a determination by the commission that operation of a proposed district is not administratively practicable and feasible, subsequent petitions may be filed and action taken in accordance with this part.Amended by 2021 Tenn.
