In any suit, action, or proceeding involving the validity or enforcement of, or relating to, any contract, proceeding, or action of the district, the district is established in accordance with this part upon proof of the issuance of the certificate by the secretary of state pursuant to § 43-14-210. A copy of the certificate certified by the secretary of state is admissible in evidence in any suit, action, or proceeding and is proof of the filing and its contents.Amended by 2021 Tenn.
