Section 43-16-106 - Preliminary inquiry as to probable success

Every group of persons contemplating the organization of an association under this chapter is urged to communicate with the college of agricultural sciences and natural resources, University of Tennessee, which will inform the group whatever the survey of the marketing conditions affecting the commodities proposed to be handled may indicate regarding probable success.Acts 1923, ch. 100, § 5; Shan.
