Section 43-16-128 - Common stock not to be transferred to persons not engaged in agricultural production

The bylaws shall prohibit the transfer of the common stock of the association to persons not engaged in the production of agricultural products handled by the association; and such restrictions must be printed upon every certificate of stock subject to the restrictions.Acts 1923, ch. 100, § 15; Shan.
