Section 43-16-138 - Exemptions of agricultural products apply, though in possession of association

Any exemptions whatsoever under all existing laws applying to agricultural products in the possession or under the control of the individual producer shall apply similarly and completely to such products delivered by its former members in the possession or under the control of the association.Acts 1923, ch. 100, § 22; Shan.
