Section 43-19-207 - Keeper not to sell tobacco until inspection - Penalty

No warehouse keeper shall sell publicly any sample of tobacco that has not been regularly inspected under this chapter, under a penalty of five dollars ($5.00) for each hogshead so sold, to be recovered by any person suing for that amount.Acts 1870-1871, ch. 65, § 13; Shan., § 3392; Code 1932, § 6491; T.C.A.
