Section 43-20-214 - Waiver of assessment

Upon the effective date of an assessment levied pursuant to this part, the commissioner may waive the assessment imposed in § 43-20-103(a). It is the express intent of the general assembly that only one (1) assessment for the promotion of soybeans be in effect at any time.Acts 1985, ch. 108, § 14.
