Section 43-21-110 - Commissioner authorized to make regulations

The commissioner of agriculture is empowered to make such rules and regulations in conformity with this chapter as, in the commissioner's judgment, may promote better agricultural fairs and agriculture in general in Tennessee.Acts 1949, ch. 156, § 9; C.
