(a) No person shall violate this part, the southern dairy compact, or any rules or regulations adopted pursuant to either this chapter or the compact.(b) In addition to any other penalties provided by law, a civil penalty of one thousand dollars ($1,000) may be imposed for each violation, licenses may be revoked or suspended, or an additional civil penalty may be imposed in lieu of revocation or suspension.(c) Each day on which a violation occurs is a separate violation.Acts 1998, ch. 749, § 4.
