The commissioner of agriculture is authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations, in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled at title 4, chapter 5, as are necessary to carry out the purposes of this part and the southern dairy compact.Acts 1998, ch. 749, § 8.
