Section 43-38-204 - Existence - Duration

(a) The existence of a cooperative shall begin when the articles are filed with the secretary of state.(b) A cooperative shall have a perpetual duration unless the cooperative provides for a limited period of duration in the articles of organization.Acts 2004, ch. 534, § 5.
