Section 43-6-111 - Liability of principal

In construing and enforcing this part, the act, omission or failure of any official, agent, or other person acting for, or employed by, any association, partnership, corporation or other principal within the scope of such person's employment or office shall in every case be deemed the act, omission, or failure of the association, partnership, corporation or other principal as well as that of the individual.Acts 1955, ch. 8, § 11; T.C.A., § 43-525.
