Section 44-11-111 - License fees to be used in administration of chapter

The license fees collected under this chapter shall be devoted exclusively to its administration and shall be kept in a separate account by the state treasurer, and no part of the fees collected under this chapter shall at any time become a part of the general fund of the state.Acts 1957, ch. 208, § 10; T.C.A., § 44-2311.
