Section 44-11-113 - Inspections authorized

For the purpose of carrying out this chapter and making inspections under this chapter, the commissioner or the commissioner's duly authorized representative has the right to enter the establishment or premises where any community sale is held and to inspect its records at all times.Acts 1957, ch. 208, § 13; T.C.A., § 44-2313.
