All fees, fines, and proceeds resulting from the sale of seized properties collected under this chapter shall be paid into the general fund and the same are appropriated exclusively to the department to be used in carrying out this chapter.Acts 1995, ch. 402, § 16; T.C.A. § 44-15-215.
