As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Baby chicks' means all domestic fowl six (6) weeks of age or under;(2) 'Department' means department of agriculture; and(3) 'Person' includes every person, partnership, firm, company, association, society, public auction, community sale, sale pavilion, syndicate, and corporation.Acts 1945, ch. 176, § 1; C.
