Section 44-19-120 - Promulgation of rules and regulations

The commissioner may make and promulgate such rules and regulations in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5, as may be necessary to effectuate the provisions and intent of this chapter.Acts 1984, ch. 948, § 20.
