Section 44-7-108 - Misbranding or mismarking - Forfeiture

Any person who misbrands or mismarks any unbranded or unmarked animals not belonging to that person forfeits, as in § 44-7-107, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) over and above the value of the animal, to be recovered in the same way.Code 1858, § 1661 (deriv.
