Section 44-8-108 - Injury to animals

If any person, whose fence is adjudged insufficient, maims, wounds, or kills any such animal, or causes or procures it to be done, that person shall make full satisfaction to the person injured for all damages sustained, to be recovered before any tribunal having cognizance thereof.Code 1858, § 1686 (deriv.
