Section 44-8-112 - Pulling and leaving down fence, or opening and leaving open gate, a misdemeanor

Any person who pulls down the fence of another and leaves the same down, without permission of the owner, or opens and leaves open the gate of another, without permission of the owner, commits a Class C misdemeanor.Acts 1875, ch. 71, § 1; Shan., § 3006; mod.
