Section 45-1-113 - Office facilities

The governor shall assign to the commissioner a suitable room or rooms for conducting the business of the department, and this department shall be furnished with the necessary furniture, stationery, lights, and other proper conveniences and clerical assistants in the same manner as is furnished to other state departments.Acts 1969, ch. 36, § 1 (2.108); 1973, ch. 294, § 6; T.C.A., § 45-113.
