Section 45-1-206 - Commissioner to notify parties of effect of award, right to appeal

The commissioner shall advise both parties in writing, at the time the award is made, that the commissioner's decision will be binding on both parties unless appealed to a court of law within thirty (30) days, as provided in § 45-1-205.Acts 1981, ch. 25, § 6; T.C.A., § 45-1-306.
