Section 45-13-103 - Administrative authority

The commissioner is granted broad administrative authority to administer, interpret and enforce this chapter and to promulgate reasonable substantive and procedural rules and regulations to carry out the purposes of this chapter. Acts 2009, ch. 499, § 8.
