Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the pledgor, upon presentation of suitable identification, shall be entitled to redeem the titled personal property and/or certificate of title described therein upon satisfaction of all outstanding obligations pursuant to the title pledge or property pledge agreement and this chapter.Acts 1995, ch. 186, § 13.
