Section 45-2-1015 - Name of trust institution

A state trust company or out-of-state trust institution may use any name in connection with establishing an office in this state pursuant to this chapter, except that the commissioner may determine that a name proposed to be used is potentially misleading to the public and require the company or institution to select a name that is not potentially misleading.Acts 1999, ch. 112, § 10.
