A bank may operate a deposit account in the name of a minor or in the name of two (2) or more persons, one (1) or more of whom are minors, with the same effect upon its liability as if the minors were of full age.Acts 1969, ch. 36, § 1 (3.203); T.C.A., § 45-406.
