Any and all references in any provision of the laws of this state to 'federal savings and loan associations' are deemed to refer to 'savings and loan associations operating under the laws of this state and federal savings and loan associations.'Acts 1978, ch. 708, § 5.26; T.C.A., § 45-1726.
