Section 45-3-1312 - Commissioner to submit violations to district attorney general

The commissioner shall submit to the district attorneys general for the respective counties of this state any criminal violation of any provisions of this chapter known by the commissioner to have occurred in the county.Acts 1978, ch. 708, § 5.16; modified; T.C.A., § 45-1716.
