The commissioner shall, from time to time, promulgate rules and regulations in respect to all loans and investments authorized under this chapter that may be reasonably necessary to assure that the loans and investments are in keeping with sound lending practices and promote the purposes of this chapter.Acts 1978, ch. 708, § 2.29; T.C.A., § 45-1429.
