Every association shall keep at the home office correct and complete books of account and minutes of the proceedings of stockholders or members, as the case may be, and of directors. Complete records of all business transacted at the home office shall be maintained at the home office. Records of business transacted at any branch office may be kept at the branch office; provided, that control records of all business transacted at each branch office or agency shall be maintained at the home office.Acts 1978, ch. 708, § 3.02; T.C.A., § 45-1509.
