Section 45-3-810 - Additional and special reports

(a)Monthly Reports. Every association shall, within ten (10) days after each calendar month, furnish the commissioner with a monthly report of the operations and financial condition of the association, in the form and containing the information that the commissioner prescribes.(b)Special Reports. The commissioner may call for a special report from any association, in the form and containing the information that the commissioner prescribes.Acts 1978, ch. 708, § 3.10; T.C.A., § 45-1517.
