Section 45-5-206 - Lost certificates of registration - Substitutions

In the event that a certificate of registration issued under this chapter is lost or destroyed, the person to whom the certificate of registration was issued may, upon payment of a fee prescribed by the commissioner, obtain a substitute certificate of registration, upon furnishing proof satisfactory to the commissioner that the certificate of registration has become lost or destroyed.Acts 2004, ch. 747, § 11.
