Section 45-7-105 - Authority to require demonstration of exemption

The commissioner may require that any person claiming to be exempt from licensing pursuant to § 45-7-104 provide information and documentation to the commissioner demonstrating that such person qualifies for any claimed exemption.Amended by 2023 Tenn.
