Section 45-8-207 - Schedule of fees

The commissioner shall establish by regulation a schedule of fees that the commissioner determines to be reasonable and necessary to effectuate the purposes of this chapter, in connection with the licensing, administration, examination and supervision of BIDCOs. The schedule shall be subject to amendment by the commissioner by regulation from time to time.Acts 1989, ch. 124, § 7.
