The commissioner of veterans services is authorized to promulgate rules to effectuate the purposes of this chapter. The rules shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Added by 2016 Tenn. Acts, ch. 715,s 3, eff. 4/6/2016.
