Section 47-13-111 - Noncompliance by trustee - Appointment of receiver

If any trustee or assignee fails or refuses to comply with this chapter, the court having the jurisdiction of the monthly county court, upon application of any person interested, shall, in lieu of the delinquent, appoint a trustee or receiver who, upon executing the bond and taking the oath aforementioned, may execute the trust or assignment.Code 1858, § 1977 (deriv.
