It is the intent of the general assembly, through this enactment, to promote and protect the public health, safety and welfare by ensuring that kerosene and motor fuels:(1) Are adequately labeled and posted; and(2) Meet or exceed certain minimum standards of quality.Acts 1989, ch. 397, § 2.
