Section 47-18-1509 - Injunctive relief - Recovery of damages

(a) The district attorney general of the county in which or from which automated calls in violation of this part are made may seek injunctive relief to enforce this part and recover such statutory damages and attorney's fees as are set out in § 47-18-1510.(b) Any individual or group of individuals receiving such automated calls may also seek injunctive relief to enforce this part on behalf of others similarly situated.Acts 1990, ch. 874, § 9.
