Section 47-18-1805 - Injunctive relief

In addition to any other remedies, the attorney general is authorized to apply to the chancery court of Davidson County, and such court shall have jurisdiction upon hearing and for cause shown, to grant a temporary or permanent injunction restraining any person from violating any provision of this part, irrespective of whether or not there exists an adequate remedy at law, without the necessity of posting a bond.Amended by 2019 Tenn.
