Section 47-18-307 - Provisions contrary to public policy

Any provision in a health club agreement, or in any document signed by the buyer in connection with such agreement, whereby the buyer agrees to waive any requirement of this part, shall be void as contrary to public policy.Acts 1986, ch. 894, § 5.
