The division of consumer affairs in the office of the attorney general and reporter shall enforce this part. The division shall:(1) Establish a means by which a consumer can submit a complaint for a violation of this part; and(2) Promulgate rules to effectuate this part. The rules must be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Added by 2023 Tenn. Acts, ch. 324, s 1, eff. 7/1/2023.
