Section 47-18-5001 - Office of the attorney general and reporter - Director of consumer affairs

(a) There is created a division of consumer affairs in the office of the attorney general and reporter.(b) The division of consumer affairs is headed by a director of consumer affairs who is appointed by, and serves at the pleasure of, the attorney general and reporter.Amended by 2019 Tenn.
