Section 47-18-804 - Jurisdiction and limitation of actions

Any action brought under this part may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in this state during a period of one (1) year commencing on the date of occurrence of the violation.Acts 1974, ch. 727, § 4; T.C.A., § 47-17-104.
