Section 47-18-902 - Defense against action for value or return of goods

In any action for the monetary value or for the return of such unsolicited goods, wares, or merchandise, it shall be a complete defense that it was delivered voluntarily by the plaintiff and was not actually ordered or requested by the defendant, either orally or in writing.Acts 1969, ch. 162, § 1; T.C.A., §§ 47-15-114, 47-21-102.
