Section 47-25-1216 - Customer's rights unimpaired by developer's assignments

Any assignee of the invention developer's rights is subject to all equities and defenses of the customer against the invention developer existing in favor of the customer at the time of the assignment.Acts 1977, ch. 436, § 8; T.C.A., § 47-20-116.
