Notwithstanding the terms of any franchise, agreement, waiver or other written instrument, any person who is injured by a violation of this part may bring an action for damages and equitable relief, including injunctive relief, reasonable attorney's fees and costs in any court of competent jurisdiction in Tennessee.Acts 1989, ch. 392, § 9.
