Section 47-25-1803 - Honoring warranty after termination of contract

If, after termination of a contract, the retailer submits a claim to the supplier for warranty work performed prior to the effective date of the termination, the supplier shall accept or reject the claim within thirty (30) days of its receipt.Acts 2001, ch. 425, § 1.
