Section 47-25-206 - Injunction restraining unlawful sales

In addition to the penalties provided in this part, the district attorney general of any county or any person damaged, or who is threatened with loss or damage, by reason of a violation of this part, has the right to apply for an injunction, and any court of competent jurisdiction has the power to restrain sales in violation of this part.Acts 1937, ch. 69, § 4; C.
