Section 47-25-906 - Injunctions - Damages

Any person is entitled to sue for and have injunctive relief, in any court having jurisdiction over the parties, against threatened loss or damage by a violation of any provision of this part, and any such person is also entitled to recover any actual damage suffered.Acts 1957, ch. 410, § 7; T.C.A., §§ 69-606, 47-25-506.
